I recently purchased this item for my 18th century American Colonial miniature house.  This was a very hard item to find, but Just Miniature Scale had it in stock!  It was delivered in only 3 days!!  The quality is excellent...real stone, not resin or wood...perfect for the house's kitchen.  It even comes with a swinging arm for cooking pots as well as a bake oven to the side!
