Gail Morey is a self-taught miniaturist specializing in cats and dogs. She is a Fellow of the International Guild of Miniature Artists, a member of the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts (NAME), and a member of the NAME Academy of Honor.  This is a signed and numbered piece (see photo).  Pup is chewing on a very fuzzy fabric and wears it on his nose!
